We strive to serve honest food at sensible prices, including many home-made dishes based on seasonally available local produce. This includes interesting provincial dishes from the British Isles and Europe. Some Aisian for good measure.
We often feature game and serve excellent home-made chips.
Allegedly our burgers are the best in the North East (especially when bacon, mushrooms, cheese or fried egg are added).
Lip smacking ice creams and dessert menu are available.
Generous portions are served throughout.

Opening
Meals are available all day from 11am until 10.20pm, seven days a week. We close some days over the Christmas period.
